It's why a lot of people get stuck.

When you start making changes you encounter resistance.

You start to feel less comfortable in your current reality but you aren't quite ready to step into something new either. You may feel doubt about your ability and commitment to doing something different. You feel torn.

You don't want to rock the boat but you don't like the direction the boat is heading.

You begin to feel resentful. You are tired of people pleasing.

You want to live by your values.

You want to be who you are now. Not who you were.

I call that living truthfully. It's hard work.

First, you need to be clear about what is important to you.

Then, you need to find a way to live it. And that can mean managing expectations and finding the relationships that will support you. It involves endings. And endings are messy and uncomfortable.

And then you begin the hard work of aligning who you are now with the rest of your life. Bit by bit. You start focusing on what you want and need. You start taking steps to live truthfully.

I am a speaker, blogger, podcaster and content creator providing you with the tools to help you get clear, make better choices so that you can live truthfully. It is called integration. And it is a great way to live and lead!

It took me a long time to get here.

I ended a major chapter in my life when I turned 50. It was the typical story of a woman who lived her life as a character in a lot of other people's stories. Then at 50 I started writing a new chapter. I started to ask myself, "What do I want?"  It took an empty nest, financial challenges and cancer to really get my creative juices going! Life as it was and had been came to a crashing end.

You don't need a crisis to end things for you.

If you are ready for something new, let's talk about where you are and what is involved in ending this chapter in your life well so you can move forward. We can identify what's not working and what you need to let go of so that you can move forward. Endings can be challenging but they can be done well. You can have good closure on a chapter in your life. Honour it and say goodbye with gratitude for what you learned.

I teach about the things that are important to me:

  • Managing Expectations
  • Living Truthfully
  • Sustainability
  • Learning
  • Integrating Life and Work
